We will start with a reception on the evening of Sunday 10 July, 2016 and finish on Wednesday 13 July, 2016, after our Gala Dinner. Optional workshops will take place on the following three days.
The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of the city, within 5 to 10 minutes’ walk of contemporary art museums, beautiful architecture both in the city and alongside the River Garonne, individual shops and a huge variety of restaurants. The Mériadeck Shopping Centre is across the road and has several floors of shops, a supermarket and numerous food outlets.
We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference at special reduced rates and they will be available from Sunday 10 July, 2016 to Saturday 17 July, 2016 inclusive, to cover the workshop dates too. They include Standard and Privilège twins and singles and 3 bedded rooms. A substantial hot and cold buffet breakfast is included in all prices.
Bookings can only be made at the special rates by using the hotel’s form that will be posted on this website before we open registration at the beginning of October. The prices are as follows and each person must also pay city tax, currently 1.45 euros per night –
Standard Single – 90 Euros per night
Standard Twin – 100 Euros per night
Standard Triple – 130 Euros per night
Privilège Single – 100 Euros per night
